Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the address of our Queens location. We also provide mobile fingerprinting services across all five NYC boroughs and Yonkers. Please arrive on time and pay the remaining balance (including tax, if applicable, and any additional services) at the time of your appointment.
A non-refundable $35 deposit is required to receive location details and confirm your fingerprinting appointment. No deposit means no appointment— all services must be booked in advance, and walk-ins are not accepted under any circumstances. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and other electronic payment methods for Queens fingerprinting services. Cash is accepted at the appointment and may help you avoid applicable tax charges, especially for ink fingerprinting.
All appointments require a $35 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment. No-shows will forfeit their deposit, and a new deposit along with full payment will be required to reschedule. You may reschedule up to two times with at least 24 hours’ notice. Free reprints are only offered if your rejection notice clearly states that the issue was due to fingerprint quality. Please note, clients are responsible for properly completing the top section of the fingerprint card. If a card is rejected due to incorrect or incomplete information, the client must pay in full for a new appointment.
